Looking for a relaxing and luxurious experience during your stay? Look no further than our 6 person hot tub rental! Our hot tub is the perfect way to unwind after a long day at the beach. With our rental, you’ll have access to our private hot tub in the backyard that’s all yours to enjoy.

The jacuzzi will be unlocked and ready for your use. The temperature will be set to 102 degrees. Please recover the jacuzzi when not in use. You may lower the temperature when you are done for the evening, just be sure to leave an hour or two for it to reach temperature the next day.

Fine Print: Please note that in order for the Hot Tub to be warmed up and ready at check in time, this product must be purchased 12 hours before check in. If it is purchased less than 12 hours before your check in, you will be responsible for changing the settings and warming it up. The rental term and access to the hot tub is during the same time frame as your booked stay. By booking, all tenants acknowledge and agree to our Hot Tub Rules:
Use of the hot tub is at the tenants/guests own risk. Children under 18 are not allowed in the hot tub unsupervised. An adult must be present at all times. Tenants and guests must practice reasonable caution when using the hot tub. Landlord is in no way responsible for injuries incurred by tenant or guests while using the hot tub. Hot tub is not guaranteed to sustain any constant temperature due to weather and other natural causes. Landlord is not responsible for any loss of use that may result from weather, maintenance or any other circumstance that might deem the hot tub temporarily unusable. 
All necessary maintenance/repairs to the hot tub will be the responsibility of the Landlord, except when such repairs are due to negligence or misuse by the Tenant. Tenant will be held responsible for any damage caused to the hot tub, cleaners, equipment or surrounding area and charged for the correction of the problem. If this agreement is broken, the landlord at any time can remove hot tub privileges.
